Privacy Policy

Overview

FrameCoach does not require an account or login. We do not ask for your name or personal details to use the optimizer. This policy explains the limited data we do handle: privacy-friendly analytics, anything you voluntarily submit through our forms, and the cookies used by our advertising partners.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly and cookieless) and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — page views, and aggregate, non-identifying info such as browser, device, country and referrer. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits; it does not tell us who you are. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Information you submit

Some optional features let you send us information, which is stored by our backend provider, Supabase:

• “Report a wrong number” — if you report your real FPS, we store the hardware, game, resolution, the estimated vs. actual FPS, the on-screen settings, and any comment you add. This helps us improve our estimates.
• “Request a game or GPU” — we store what you ask us to add and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address so we can notify you when it’s added.

This data is submitted voluntarily by you. If you provided an email and want it removed, contact us (below) and we’ll delete it.

Local storage

If you use the “Save setup” feature, your hardware selection and settings are stored in your browser’s local storage — on your own device. It never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers. Clear it any time via your browser’s site-data settings.

Cookies & advertising

FrameCoach displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to keep the site free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized ads at www.aboutads.info/choices.
• For visitors in the EEA/UK, where required we ask for consent before serving personalized ads.

Your rights

If you submitted an email or other information through our forms and want it corrected or deleted, email us and we’ll handle it. You can manage ad personalization through the links above.

Children

FrameCoach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
